Design, planning, implementation and management of cultural and placemaking projects through a holistic and participatory approach that integrates artistic, territorial, and civic dimensions. Activities encompass all layers of the creative value chain — from concept and curation to implementation and evaluation — with a focus on community engagement and the regeneration of public space. Each project is conceived as a driver of belonging, identity, and cultural wellbeing, generating meaningful social, cultural, and economic impact in contemporary cities.
Design, coordination and facilitation of professional meetings, conferences, and international seminars that foster knowledge exchange, critical reflection, and cross-sectoral dialogue. This includes the conceptual development and curatorial design of events, alongside tailored communication and audience engagement strategies. The aim is to create spaces for collaboration and thought that bridge artistic practice, public policy, and research, contributing to the advancement of cultural innovation and professional development.
Strategic advisory services for organisations, municipalities, and individuals aiming to strengthen their cultural vision and governance models. The work integrates diagnosis, evaluation, and long-term planning, alongside the design of cultural policies aligned with European agendas for sustainability, inclusion, and resilience. By connecting culture with education, tourism, and social innovation, these processes reinforce the role of the arts in promoting cohesion, cultural wellbeing, and future-oriented territorial development.
Development of artistic programming strategies and curatorial frameworks for festivals, cultural organisations, and territorial initiatives. This includes the conceptualisation of artistic narratives, selection of works, and mediation between creators, institutions, and audiences. The approach prioritises contextual relevance, artistic excellence, and long-term impact, positioning programming as a tool for participation, identity building, and intercultural dialogue.
Facilitation and management of international artistic collaborations, residencies, and cross-border cultural and creative productions. The work combines strategic planning, mobility coordination, and sustainable communication to ensure coherence between artistic intent and audience experience. Through a model based on mediation, collaboration, and exchange, it promotes international circulation and fosters mutual learning across cultural ecosystems.
Design, coordination and implementation of transnational projects supported by international funding programmes, including Creative Europe, CERV, ERDF, EEA, and others. Expertise covers concept development, consortium building, and impact-driven methodologies that ensure coherence, transparency, and sustainability. Each cooperation process is approached as a platform for transnational learning and innovation, fostering intercultural dialogue and reinforcing the role of culture in addressing contemporary European challenges.
Planning and implementation of programmes that strengthen the cultural and creative sectors through professional development, peer-learning, and policy advocacy. These actions reinforce structural resilience and collective capacity across networks and organisations. By promoting fairer working conditions, inclusive practices, and innovation in governance, this line of work contributes to the long-term consolidation of a sustainable, diverse, and interconnected cultural ecosystem.
